EZ-Pay refers to anyone setup on recurring billing on a credit card or Apple, Google or Paypal depending on if that payment option is available on our site today (this can differ based on region).

Select a One-Time Payment Option avaiable to you based upon your current subscription
Confirmation is required for any tip greater than $10.00.
