With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Bernard Elliot Tosky, who left us peacefully on September 10, 2025, at the age of 74.
Bernard was a loving husband, father, and brother; dedicated chiropractor; and caring friend, whose kindness and generosity touched many lives.
Born on March 22, 1951, in Brooklyn, N.Y., Bernard enjoyed many hobbies throughout his life. As a child he played the clarinet. As he grew older, he enjoyed staying active-running, hiking and weightlifting. He was always fascinated by astronomy and looked to the stars for inspiration.
He found his passion in chiropractic care, helping others live pain-free and healthier lives for 47 years. His patients appreciated him for his expertise and genuine care and attention.
Bud was a loving husband, father, son, and brother, and his warmth and humor will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A memorial will be held at Temple Beth Shalom in Hickory on Sunday, September 21, at 11:30.
