Popular Christmas movies came to life this year at the J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center holiday parade on Thursday, Dec. 5, in ɫ.
About 160 floats took part in the annual parade. Residents from each home on the developmental center's campus helped create a movie-themed float for this years parade, including "The Polar Express," "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation," and "A Charlie Brown Christmas." The Poplar house's "The Nightmare Before Christmas" float won this year's directors award.
