Leprechaun scavenger hunt
The town of Valdese will host a leprechaun scavenger hunt from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Kids can hunt for 250 leprechauns hidden along Main Street in Valdese from Carolina Street to the Old Rock School. Found leprechauns can be turned into the Old Rock School for a prize. Farris Insurance also will hide 75 ducks along Main Street. Kids can take those to Farris Insurance for a prize and a picture with Lucky the Leprechaun. Please only take one leprechaun or duck per child.Â
